The fourth quarter of 2021 saw varied performance among the top virtual pet apps on the Android platform in Madagascar. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared, based on Sensor Tower data.

My Cat - Virtual pet simulator from Appsyoulove saw a consistent weekly revenue of $2 in October, which then decreased to $1 in November and December. Weekly downloads were almost non-existent after an initial 13 downloads in the last week of September.

My Talking Tom 2 by Outfit7 Limited experienced steady weekly revenue of $1 throughout the quarter. The app's weekly downloads showed a progressive increase, starting at 171 in late September and peaking at 341 in the final week of December. Weekly active users also saw an upward trend, growing from 3.4K to around 3.9K by the end of December.

Baby Panda World : Kids Games from BabyBus had no significant revenue. However, the app saw a notable spike in weekly downloads, jumping from zero in early December to 57 in the week of December 20. Active users fluctuated, starting at 231 in late September and ending at 198 by the end of December.

My Talking Angela 2, also from Outfit7 Limited, maintained a steady weekly revenue of $1 in late September but showed no revenue in the following weeks. Weekly downloads decreased from 397 in late September to 99 by the end of November but rebounded to 271 in the final week of December. Active users increased from 1.2K to 1.3K over the quarter.

Lastly, Baby Panda's City by BabyBus had no revenue throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads saw a peak of 82 in early November but dropped to zero by the end of December. Active users peaked at 100 in early November and then declined to 10 by December 20.
